Task: Recreate the site to make it easier to find relevant information Client: Johnson Electric

Johnson Electric are one of the biggest, most ubiquitous component manufacturers in the world. They may not be a household name but their products – Micromotors, Motion Sub-systems, Human Machine Interfaces, and Infrastructure Control Systems – can be found in many products that are, such as cars, cameras, drills, lawn mowers, medical equipment and a thousand other familiar items. Our task was to restructure their B2B website to make it easier for engineers to find the product information and specifications they needed, a task that entailed an exhaustive revision of the information architecture, a new CMS and an in-depth UX testing programme. The results can be seen in an uptake of site users and a significant increase in leads generated online.
