Our mission was to take CLP’s Sustainability Reporting policy – one of the first from a private enterprise – and express it as compellingly as possible online. Deadlines were tight and data needed to be constantly updateable. Using interactive video, animated charts and other visual data to bring issues to life, our solution set the industry standard. It covered the salient points and addresses the complex dilemmas in a simple, universally accessible way. The Report also won the much coveted "Globe Sustainability Reporting Award", despite heavyweight competition from global players such as BT plc. Particular praise was given to the unusual e-book format and "superb web presence". Other recognition includes International Galaxy Awards Gold, ACCA & an A++ in the GRI Index.
